If your circumstances change and you need to withdraw from your studies at Pilates Training Institute, you’re required to inform us in writing by completing a Withdrawal Form. This ensures that Pilates Training Institute can appropriately close off your enrolment and maintain accurate, current records. Students will have an opportunity when notifying the RTO of their withdrawal to apply for a refund. Any request for a refund will be assessed in accordance with the Pilates Training Institute Fees, Charges and Refund Policy.
For students who wish to withdraw from their course prior to the course commencing, a $150 administration fee will apply. If a student has already commenced their course, a $50 administration fee will apply. In either scenario, students will need to submit a Withdrawal Form.
If you withdraw from a course and would like to request a refund, please submit your request to us in writing. Refund Forms are available from the administration department as well as from the documents page of our website.
If the request is made prior to the commencement of training, a full refund is applicable, minus the administration fee of $150. If a student withdraws from a course prior to its completion for reasons other than those related to occurrences that were beyond their control, Pilates Training Institute offer a partial refund of up to 30% for parts of the course not yet undertaken. When fees are paid by a third party, such as an employer, no credit will be available to either the candidate or the employer. Fees paid for a particular individual’s training are non-transferable.
Partial refunds will only be considered if students withdraw for reasons of personal circumstances beyond their control, for example, the loss of a loved one. In all cases, documentary evidence will be required. Requests for partial refunds must be lodged in writing within two weeks of the withdrawal date. Pilates Training Institute will refund up to 30% of the course fees to successful applicants.
All refunds will be at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer. Contact sessions attended, resources and text books provided, administration and deferment costs and fees incurred, will be deducted from the total refund amount provided.
